This process creates a distinctive Damascus pattern across every blade, giving each Frost knife its own unique appearance and individual handcrafted character.

Damascus steel offers an excellent combination of strength, hardness, durability, and edge retention. The blade is carefully heat treated to achieve an estimated hardness of approximately HRC 58-60 on the Rockwell Scale for dependable cutting performance and long-term use.

Natural variations in the layered pattern ensure that no two blades look exactly alike, making every Frost knife visually distinctive.

Scales & Handle Detail:

The handle is handcrafted using highly figured olive wood and natural bone, creating a distinctive combination of grain, color, and texture. The olive wood is selected for its rich natural figuring and classic appearance, while the bone adds contrast and handcrafted character.

A Damascus steel guard and matching pommel complement the blade while adding structural support and visual detail. Full tang construction extends the blade steel through the handle for additional strength, balance, and stability.
