The blade is heat treated and double oil quenched at approximately 2100°F to develop hardness throughout the steel. The finished blade achieves approximately HRC 58-60 on the Rockwell Scale for dependable strength, durability, edge retention, and cutting performance.

The 7.0" chef blade provides a versatile cutting profile suitable for slicing, chopping, dicing, mincing, trimming, and everyday food preparation.

The handle is handcrafted from exotic wenge wood, selected for its distinctive grain, natural appearance, durability, and comfortable feel in the hand.
